Why is it that you crave food when you're not hungry?
Why do I stuff myself when I know I'll feel uncomfortable and upset afterward?
Why is it so hard to pull the breaks and eat better/less?
It's a conundrum
I miss the days when I would think to myself "I have 25 bucks... food or shoes?" and invariably I'd go buy shoes.

I agree with Misty... it's biological! And really freaking annoying!
I think experts say overeating doesn't actually have anything to do with food. Which is alarming!

HA! I remember those days in Hawaii....remember, we'd be all "Grocery store or Ross"....Easy. ROSS. :)
Damn biology! Damn experts! and I personally place a lot of blame on husband and children who expect hot meals everyday and talk about food all the time.
Also... lack of Ross Dress For Less!
